SAVING THE WORLD'S ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE

PINT-SIZE PRESERVATIONISTS

Historic preservation is a rewarding professional career practiced in many countries to protect historic architecture and artifacts of historic significance. But, as Adventures in Preservation will tell you, it is no longer for adults only.

Children can learn to appreciate historic buildings and cultural heritage if we show them how helpful they can be by using their hands to help preserve them. Adventures in Preservation is offering an experience that your children will never forget, and adults will have just as much fun as the kids. It will be a history lesson to remember.

Join Adventures in Preservation to Save The Best of The West – A Family Experience in Nevada City, Montana, June 20-26, 2010. You’ll be panning for gold, working with a blacksmith, and learning how to use your hands to preserve a log cabin remaining from the era of the Old American West. What better way to learn about history than to experience it first-hand!
